WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COUNTRY SO FAR?
Every country has his up and downside, but so far, Colombia is a country I fell in love with. Especially Medellin, that city is awesome!
WHAT PLACE IS TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?
There is so many place to go! It’s hard to choose which one I recommend. Philippines is definitely a country I want to visit. I always wanted to go in California as well, I never been on the pacific coast. And London, I always been fascinated with those cities because of their influence on the rest of the world.
WHAT CAN'T YOU TRAVEL WITHOUT?
iPhone (or any smartphone). Pictures, emails, whatsapp, Facebook. So much easier to travel and stay connected nowadays.
DO YOU PREFER SOLO TRAVEL OR WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
I was alone for last three travels. I think it’s time for me to travel with someone next time.
WHO IS THE PERSON AT HOME THAT YOU MISS THE MOST?
As I said earlier, smartphone changed the game to stay connected to the people we love. Before this trip, the longest was 2 months. Now it’s been more than 3 months I’m away and it’s the first time I kinda feel I miss my everyone at home. Fortunately, one of my best friend visited me for almost a month. Can’t wait to see my family of course. And there is one girl back home that I want to see when I’ll be back, I just hope she still want to see me! haha!
WHICH COUNTRY HAS THE MOST FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE?
One of the reason I like Colombia so much, is people are so friendly! I know people in Thailand are very friendly to, but the language barrier is bigger than in Colombia since my Spanish is way better than my Thai.
WHO IS THE MOST INTERESTING PERSON YOU'VE MET SO FAR?
Traveling is learning and of the biggest part of that learning comes from people you met along the way. Usually, travelers thinks pretty much the same, you feel that borders comes downs politically wise. And sometimes you meet people that you would never imagine they would become your friend. The best example is the girl who is asking the questions now. I’m glad I’ve met a nice person like you Fiona! :)
WHAT'S BEEN YOUR SCARIEST MOMENT?
I was in France, had to take my flight back on Sunday at noon. Friday midnight, I was in Paris and I couldn’t find my passport. My flight was in 36 hours and I didn't know where my passport was. Finally, Saturday at 10am, I knew that it was where we’ve been hosted for the last 2 weeks… In south of France. So I ran to the train station to take a TGV down to the south, took my passport and came back in Paris with a night train at 8am.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST USEFUL ITEM YOU'VE BOUGHT?
Since I brought my laptop, I'm way more productive at work. I don’t possess a lot of things so that was a useful purchase.
WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF TRAVEL ADVICE YOU'VE RECEIVED?
I would like to answer that question, but when I travel, I always follow my feelings. Of course, if I go somewhere with some securities issues, I take this in consideration, but I try to go with the flow as much as possible.
WHAT'S THE LONGEST YOU'VE BEEN AWAY FROM HOME?
This recent trip! By writing this, it’s been 3 months and one week I’ve been away from home. I go back home in 3 weeks time.
WHAT'S YOUR DREAM JOB?
Right now, I can travel and work at the same time. That’s a dream come true. But, as a guy who always get motivated by new projects, I want to be able to grow my business even more. Growing my business means to help even more people. Helping people while getting paid for it and being able to travel at the same time is more than a dream job.
WHERE WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO LIVE IN THE WORLD?
First, I really like Montreal, the city I’m from, especially during the summer. During the winter, it’s another story! So far, based on all the cities I visited in my life, Medellin comes first. Next on the list, without particular order are Chiang Mai, Barcelona, Bangkok.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHILDHOOD TRAVEL MEMORY?
I went in France when I was 1, 2 and 3 years old (my great grand-parents used to live there). So I remember during on my flight, I visited the pilot cabin, during that time it was still possible. I was probably 3 years old. I didn’t travel until i was 23 years old after then.
WHAT'S THE MOST INTERESTING THING YOU'VE LEARNED?
When I learned that some people work online while traveling, that changed my life. It was 2 years ago and now I’m doing it myself!
IF YOU WROTE A NOVEL, WHAT WOULD IT BE ABOUT?
One day, when I get old, I want to share my experience about what i did (considering I had a fulfilled life!)
WHAT TRAVEL SCAMS HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT?
When you look like a foreigner, a lot of people tries to scam or sell you overpriced things. I understand at some point but sometimes, it could get annoying.
DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A TOURIST OR A TRAVELLER?
I don’t like being called as tourist when i’m traveling! I’m not the guy who reads the Lonely Planet or do the tourist places. I’m more like a slow traveler than a fast tourist. I like to stay longer at one place. It’s best to learn how locals live, in the places you visit.
WHAT'S BEEN THE BEST STREET FOOD YOU'VE HAD?
Thailand is the only street food experience I had so far. I know there is in other countries like Vietnam and Malaysia that have good street food but I haven’t been there yet.
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM TRAVELING EXPERIENCE.
I love road trips. So touring around North America is one of my to do list. I would also like to do a road trip from Europe to Asia. That would be insane!
WHAT WAS THE MOST CHALLENGING THING YOU'VE DONE?
Coming here, to work on my business, which is new by the way, and having all those crazy incentive being here in Bangkok. All this while staying healthy. It’s a professional, personal, mental and physical challenge. So far, it’s going great, fortunately!
DO YOU THINK YOU'LL STAY FRIENDS WITH THE PEOPLE YOU'VE MET?
Of course, not all of them. But the one I built stronger connection with, definitely.
WHAT IS THE MOST INTERESTING ANIMAL YOU'VE SEEN?
Seeing big water monitor lizard running freely in Lumpini Park was interesting.

WHAT CAN YOU ADVICE TO PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO START TRAVELING?
It’s not true you need a lot of money to travel. If you want to travel, pack your things and go. You will learn more in 4 weeks of travel than 4 months at school.
TRAVELING brings us love, joy, it changes our beliefs and perceptions in life. It can make us better and stronger people. Through TRAVELING we learn to love, to forgive. to broaden our horizons. The best part of TRAVELING is to meet people along the way with whom we share stories, with whom we become friends, for that moment and possibly forever.
