WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COUNTRY SO FAR?
I've been traveling around Southeast Asia for 6 months, I'd say my favorite countries are Thailand and Indonesia.
WHAT PLACE IS TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?
For now - all countries in Southeast Asia - first in line are Vietnam and Philippines.
WHAT CAN'T YOU TRAVEL WITHOUT?
I'd say, there is no such thing, but as I walk a lot during my travel, comfortable shoes are a must!
DO YOU PREFER SOLO TRAVEL OR WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
It's hard to say. I like to travel alone, but sometimes it's good to have a companion. On the other hand, wherever you go, you meet new people, so you are never alone, if you don't want to be. Answering your question - I think, I prefer to solo travel.
WHO IS THE PERSON AT HOME THAT YOU MISS THE MOST?
Family and friends.
WHICH COUNTRY HAS THE MOST FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE?
I might have had luck, but wherever I go, I meet friendly and helpful people. If I had to pick just one country, I'd say Indonesia.
WHO IS THE MOST INTERESTING PERSON YOU'VE MET SO FAR?
I've met a lot of interesting people; a guy, who bought a lot of Bitcoins to buy drugs, but he was lucky and did it right before Bitcoin boom and selling them at the peak, so now he is millionaire living a dream; a guitarist of a metal band singing about the rights of the animals; a retired guitarist who used to play with Ozzy Osborne and few other popular artists; a freelancer-copywriter who is traveling around the world for over 10 years; and many more interesting people. I believe, that every person we meet in our life is interesting on it's own way.
WHAT'S BEEN YOUR SCARIEST MOMENT?
Scariest moment was while we were climbing/hiking Merapi Mount (active volcano) in Indonesia at night. The last part of it was really dangerous, sometimes big rocks were falling down next to us, but lucky everyone survived it. After we did it, I found out it's forbidden to climb it, as it is too dangerous during this season.
TRAVELING brings us love, joy, it changes our beliefs and perceptions in life. It can make us better and stronger people. Through TRAVELING we learn to love, to forgive. to broaden our horizons. The best part of TRAVELING is to meet people along the way with whom we share stories, with whom we become friends, for that moment and possibly forever.
